Stefanie Miller B.S., CPFT
Stefanie is the previous Owner/Instructor of Vacaville ABC. Now she runs Beaverton Adventure Boot Camp in
Beaverton, Or. Recently retiring from a 13-year career in competitive gymnastics, Stefanie Miller has found her next
calling – Boot Camp. Being a personal trainer and a physical therapy aide in the past years lit the fire
for getting people healthy. Stefanie is certified as an Adventure Boot Camp Instructor and Personal Trainer through
NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association). She is also certified in CPR through Life Support
Network.
Stefanie graduated from Sacramento State University with a degree in Kinesiology in 2006, while competing on
the women’s gymnastics team. There she earned Conference team and individual titles, as well as currently
holding the school record on floor exercise with a 9.95. She was also voted Sacramento State’s Senior Female
Athlete-of-the-Year in 2005. However, being a gymnast caused injuries, and injuries required physical therapy.
Through the years of therapy she decided to help those who were like her – having to work hard to get healthy:
whether that meant from injury, disease, being out of “shape”, or just wanting to try something exciting
and new. What a better way than to have a safe, FUN Boot Camp that promotes health and healthy bonding between the
campers?
